The top requires an interactive terminal. You not even be able to execute it.

Protocol: SCP
When issuing the command top -d x(seconds) the terminal is unable to be closed. The only way out is to close the whole program via task manager. I have tried to add additional time to the command but the terminal is still unable to be closed (top -d 5).
