One example of bad time in one file (dates fetched from servers, using Remote Desktop):
slave date and time is (modified date): 26/9/2015 07:28:00
the same file in master is (modified date) : 26/9/2015 06:28:00

The log of that transfered file is (changed ip and users):

expected timestamp is (timestamp in master ftp) : 30/9/2015 06:50

time offset between the two is 1 hour.

A "partiallog" is not a "complete log".

Also please pick one file and specify, what timestamp does the local file have after the transfer; and what timestamp you expected instead.

Yes, I connect to the master server using FTP from the slave.

To make sure I understand the problem: You connect from the "slave" server using FTP to the "master" server (IIS). So you actually do not use the "slave" IIS server (for purposes of this task), right?

Can you attach a complete script log? Ideally showing a synchronization of a single file only (or a small set of files).
