See Proxy tab on Login dialog. You need to have checked "Advanced options" to see it.

Hi,
PuTTY can support SSHing via an HTTP proxy server (granted, it's usually got to be to a non-standard port like 443 or 80, but it works). It'd be nice if WinSCP could also do this.
