Please turn on logging and post a log file. Or better ask someone experienced near you to help you.

Bug reports without an attached log file are usually useless.

can't log in all of a sudden
Every time I try to log in this morning, it comes up saying it needs an authentication password! I have NO idea what that is or means. I have used it for months, it has all my website on it...I need to be able to get into it...Is the system down, or can someone tell me who I go to to find out what my "authentication code" is?!
