You can also create key without passphrase. But the pageant solution is definitely better.

I prefer to anser the question myself. Download pageant from the putty website, add the key once and from now on, winscp never asks for the key till the next reboot.

i want to automate the process of synchronizing the remote directory with my local directory.
The problem is, that my account depends on public key and when the server asks for the passphrase, i have to fill in manually. Is there a possiblity to automate this task too ?
