@jovton: Please attach a full debug log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate log file, set Session.DebugLogPath. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Hi @martin, no follow up of this issue?

I'm having the same problem, I'm trying to use WinSCP inside an Azure Webjob, works locally but gives that error on Azure, can you please forward me the instructions for the debug? My email is david at davidtriana dot com .

Set WINSCPTRACE environment variable to a directory where you have a write access to.

I have log file, but only on localhost. On Azure I don't have this...

I changed my WinSCP.exe file and WinSCPnet.dll... but still I have the same error (on Azure of course) :(

I have problem with WinSCP .NET assembly (NuGet plugin) executing on Azure. All is working on localhost, but when I deploy my Web App on Azure I get following error:

WinSCP process terminated with exit code -1073741819 and output "", without responding (response log file C:\DWASFiles\Sites\mysite\Temp\wscp573C.00D7BA5D.tmp was not created). This could indicate lack of write permissions to the log folder or problems starting WinSCP itself.
