Problem when upload file large than 150kb

When I upload a file via ssis, all files large than 50kb are uploaded. Files large than 150 KB are not uploaded. I transferred in a SFTP. transferOptions.TransferMode = TransferMode.Binary. Someone can tell where is my mistake, Thank you.
