I suppose, that you're tring to use WinSCP as FTP client. WinSCP is not a FTP client!

When attempting to login I get a timeout error
I have tried many different options but nothing works
I'm using windows ME on www3.sympatico.ca, other programs work ok, can you help me? thanks:(
