FYI I am using version 5.9.1 on a server 2012 machine.

Automatic folder compare

Would it be possible to create a script that would automatically upload a series of 1000+ folders, then when complete compare the contents of each folder and output a log file with the contents of any folders that are not identical from source to destination? I know that the directory compare does not do subfiles or folders. I can manually go into each folder and compare the contents one by one. I would like to have an automatic script that does that for me once they are uploaded and I need some sort of feedback as to what folders were not identical.

Is this possible and if so is there an example of code I can use?
