The first (working) session in the log is SFTP session. The second (not working) is SCP session. Is it mistake or is it by purpose? Read F.A.Q. (<invalid hyperlink removed by admin>) to learn how to connect with WinSCP to OpenSSH server running on Windows.

OK, we are getting closer :-) But what does it do when it hangs? Connecting, uploading? Also can you post a log file?

He hangs on a timeout. We start the WINSCP connection in a batch file:

winscp3.com user:password@ip-adress /script=d:\script file

When I start WINSCP for the first time a day , he hangs. When I start him again he runs correct.

We use WINSCP 3.7.4
