Sorry, I do not understand. Please try to explain the problem better.

Maybe some screenshots or log files can help.

If the time zone is different and displayed calculated also update date and time of the file to be displayed.

Example)
Japan: +9: 00: 00 in the case of Modified 11/03 08:50 want a 11/02 23:50.
