The request for WebDAV copy support has been added to the tracker:
Issue 1508 – Support duplication with WebDAV protocol

The "copy" command inside WinSCP.com would be exactly what we need (in addition to mv/get/put/etc.).
Otherwise we couldn't use the WebDAV COPY for our testing.

Adding support for the WebDAV COPY method is easy. But note that there's no "copy" command in scripting anyway. That's more complicated to add.

At first I'm very glad that WinSCP now supports WebDAV!

I'm currently using WinSCP.com to automate tests of some webdav servers and the only functionality I'm missing is the WebDAV COPY request:
