Invalid access to memory WinSCP Version 5.9.2

We are using WinSCP PowerShell Wrapper Module with automated script that download File from SFTP.
WinSCP Version 5.9.2 (Build 6958) (OS 6.3.9600 - Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard) Server have 16 GB with 2.4 GB free on moment of run.

We received errors in session log file please advise:
