Don't you have a verbose logging enabled in WinSCP?

What version of WinSCP are you using?
Do you get the same problem, if you download the file to the same folder as CyberDuck is downloading it to?

50x slower then cyberduck/filezilla need help to fix

I took a screenshot of a download of the same zip file using cyberduck and winscp
winscp is like 50x slower then cyberduck and same with filezilla
can someone tell me what is wrong
I like using winscp but the speed makes it useless and very time consuming to work effectively
