Me and several coworkers use WinSCP's "Keep remote directory up to date" feature while developing web apps. I often have to remove my laptop from the dock when going to meetings and such so my desktop resolution changes several times throughout the day. Every time I get back to my monitors, I have to close the sub windows before dragging the main WinSCP window back to the position I like. It would be ideal if I could still move the app around while this job is running.
