Re: Line ending

Either use external editor (and force binary transfer mode) or configure DOS line endings on Environment tab of Login dialog.

Line ending

When using the internal editor in winscp it screws up my file line endings. i have dos files on my linux server. when I edit them through winscp it seem to chenage the line endings, which is a problem for some of the processing am doing on the files. Is there any way to preeve the line endings? I haven't stuck a file into a hex editoryet to see hat it does but I assume it is either stripping the \r or the \n when I vi the file it showsa file format of [noeol] a :set ff=dos fixes the problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
