I have run this with powershell_ise admin mode and executionpolicy was unrestricted.

powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\FixHostFilePermissions.ps1

yet this step won't progress. it stuck there forever.

worst was unable to startup sshd without running the earlier steps.
