You have to contact your server administrator.
When trying to log into WINSCVP to retrieve some file we generated from our itrent system today I cannot log in.
When I enter our Host name, username and password I am getting an access denied screen and it asks me to retype the password and goes no further. (screenshot attached) I have tried re-typing the password and also copy and pasting and it still isn't working. The password has not been changed as it is only me who uses this and I have not changed anything since I was in WINSCP last Tuesday.
Can someone either fix this or let me know how. Even if the password is changed and sent to me that would be fine.
