New Version (5.13.1) Loads & Runs Slower
I run WinSCP on my XP system and up until version 5.13.1 it ran fine. Now it takes almost a minute to load up. I went back to 5.11.3 until this can be fixed.

I ran different WinSCP versions on 2 computers and this is what happened:
Intel Core i5-2300 (2.8 GHz) Windows Server 2007 64bit:
13 latest versions WinSCP are launched equally quickly, in ~1-2 seconds
ADM Sempron 3000+ (1.6G Hz) Windows XP SP2 32bit:
Versions < WinSCP-5.11 are started ~ 2-4 sec
Versions >= WinSCP-5.12 are started ~ 25-35 sec
