I found out that the client is using a proxy server and configured WinSCP for the correct proxy info. It connects fine now. Thanks for your help.

The client can browse to our web server but can not ping it. FTP is disabled on our server. Both I and our other clients can not ping it either but we can still log into it using WinSCP.

network error - No route to host

My client is using WinSCP 2.2.3 to connect to our server and is receiving a "network error - No route to host" error. I have verified that the host name, port number, username and password are correct. He is using a cable modem for access. Any help would be appreciated.
