It's rather that the column width is too large.

You can fix it be deleting this registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Martin Prikryl\WinSCP 2\Configuration\Interface\Explorer]

"DirViewParams"=<delete this>

If the problem repeats, please come back.

In WinSCP 5.13.3 in Explorer Mode, Columns are UnRezieable
