Can you connect using any other client using the same protocol?
Did you try to contact the server's Administrator?

Connection failed.

I have a problem connecting to my website using winscp,

every time I connect it is always "connection failed", I have tried to connect to my other website but it's still the same,
I installed it again but it still failed
