"Copying remote files to remote side failed. Success" error on WinSCP

I'm using WinSCP 5.13.6 Build 9061 on Windows 7 Pro. The protocol is FTP and interface is GUI Commander. Attached are some images of the error. And here's the error text: "Copying files to remote side failed. Success". I am transferring a file called "Static.pack" to my modded Wii U with FTPIIU_Everywhere. I dragged the file into the server and got the error. I have the log as an attachment.
