Can you connect with any other SFTP/SSH client?
Are you sure, that you should use SFTP? Maybe you are supposed to use FTP or FTPS.

Hello, i'm using WinSCP GUI and I have problem with logging on to an SFTP site.

I've already check may username and password to be correct. My password is alphanumeric with no special characters.

The error i'm getting is:
Network error: Software caused connection to abort
Authentication log (see session log for details):
Using username "candijay"
Authentication failed.

I have my session log attached.
