We experiencing the whole WinSCP is just freeze, do you require screen shot of the Freeze screen?

in situation whereby a file transfer is done, there is no response from winscp. Upon checking the winscp logs, no activities reported in the logs.
Whereas during the issue, we could see our other SFTP application were working fine except Winscp.
No error message observed.
What screen? Do you mean whole screen/desktop? Or some WinSCP window? (which window?)
We are experiencing WinSCP freezing once a month. We unable to login to the "session" and the screen is entirely stuck. We need to restart servers to fix this issue.
