No application can cause the blue screen.
Only a bug in the operating system or a driver can.

Maybe your network driver is buggy (hence the apparent association with WinSCP).

cannnot operate with PC with win10

hello,
i cannot operate the win scp ver 5.15.2(build 9590) in my PC with win 10 -
after some time of files transfer a blue screen with face apear and i need to restart the PC -
it happen with other win10 pc
with other PC with win 7 it works ok
