Can you describe step by step, what are you doing and what does not work as expected?

The Putty session even though

Hi all,

We use WinSCP on several PC's here and are able to load a putty session from a connection.

However, on 1 PC the user is not able to load the Putty session even though the settings are all correct and match the working PC's.

Can you please provide suggestions to resolve this.
