File not viewable for other party after being uploaded from our side
I am successfully uploading documents to the drive. The documents are being uploaded successfully and I am able to download and view them successfully. However, when my other party tries to download and view the documents, he gets an error message stating "an error occured opening the folder on the FTP server. Make sure you have permission to access this folder. Details: 550 the system cannot find the file specified." Is this an error from the uploaders side, or an error on the side of the person trying to view the file? If it is an upload error, how do I upload so that it is viewable for the other party?
