File not found: Error 550 on delete

Hi,
We are using WinSCP and our language is C#. We've been using WinSCP in our FPT with customers. Lately when customer moved their FTP Host we can connect successfully. However on GetFiles method we encountered Error 550:File not found. We are passing remove=true. Can someone help us figured out the issue? Here's our logs. The files weren't there anymore when explored.
