Can you connect using any other SSH/SFTP client?

The server rejected SFTP connection, ubt it listens for FTP Connection

I have two servers that are in different domains and I'm trying to setup WinSCP between both machines. From my first machine (data01) I'm trying to connect to the other server (atst-fs01) and I get the error about The server rejected SFTP. I checked the openssh port and all looks good. I'm using an account on the same domain as the second server (atst-fs01) but same results. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. The version of WinSCP is 5.15.5.
