Can you post a session log file and document the problem with few screenshots?

Find Files Not Working

If I search for a file in a directory I know it's in and by the exact file name, it isn't found. When I go to my hosting provider's online file manager tool, I can find it. I'm using WinSCP because it supports wildcards and my hosting provider's file manager does not.

Is this fixable?
