Sorry, that's rather sparse problem description.

Where does the directory path come from? Is this the path your have specified for synchronization? Does it exist? Or does WinSCP get to that directory on its own? If it does, is it wrong and why?

Please attach a full session log file showing the problem (using the latest version of WinSCP).

To generate the session log file, set Session.SessionLogPath. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

Error Could not retrieve directory listing........ No such file or director

Trying to synchronize files between local server and remote server. Script returns below error and stops. I also cannot delete the directory using WinSCP GUI.

Error: Exception calling "Check" with "0" argument(s): "Error listing directory '/media/http/Creative/MiddleMarkets/13-MM-1795 - CAG Severe Snap Shot Video'.
