You will have to move the sites one-by-one.

If you have too many sites in the folder, you may rename the site keys in Windows registry export instead, if you are familiar with that.

Site folders

Hi,

Is there a way to manage site folders in the Sites Manager window? I would like to move the already existed folder to another but cannot do it. Only sites can be moved.
