"Tabulator size" has no effect on the Synchronization checklist window. Something else must have changed.

Aha!!!

After sending you the last message, I thought about your questions and decided to try some different settings. Under Preferences/Editors/Internal editor/Display/Tabulator size, when I reset this from 8 to 11, the arrows that I have been missing came back!

Thank you for sending probing questions. I think this resolves my issue.

No easy way to just copy the Windows 10 information. See attached png.
I use a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon Gen 7. My monitors are 3840x2160 for the laptop main screen, and 1920x1200 for two other screens attached via a Thunderbolt 3 dock from Wavlink that communicates with the monitors using displayport cables.
I use a variety of text size depending on the application.
Under the general Display Setting in Windows I use a Scale and layout setting of 200%.
I did not know how to change the font size in winscp until now when you asked. Under the preferences/Editors/Internal editor, I am using the default encoding ANSI-Latin1 and Consolas, 11 pt.

What are your Windows display settings? Do you have multiple monitors? What is your "text size" zoom? What version of Windows 10 are you using?

Hi,
Thank you for the rapid replies.
I made the change in the registry using regedit. The Registry screen shot shows the results and that SynchronizeCheckList is no longer there. I rebooted the computer after deleting SyncrhonizeCheckList. The second screen shot from comparing files using winSCP shows that I still do not have the directional arrows by file that allow me to reverse the direction of syncrhonization.

Re: Commander Style Window

To restore the columns layout remove the following registry key:
HKCU\Software\Martin Prikryl\WinSCP 2\Configuration\Interface\SynchronizeChecklist

If the problem repeats, please us know.

Sorry, I do not understand what you mean. Can you explain, what do you think has changed? Maybe a screenshot would help.

Here is the screenshot. I didn't say things well. The key thing is that there is no direction arrow that allows me to see which files are being replaced and which are being preserved. It used to be that I could reverse the arrow if it was changing in the wrong direction.

Thank you!

Commander Style Window

I just installed 5.17.2 (Build10278). I do not remember last version installed but probably 5.17.1.
I use the commander interface. Upon synchronize, I look at the side by side panes to see if there are file synchronizations that I need to reverse the direction because I made a mistake and need to restore a file to prior while updating other files.

The commander interface is no longer available once I ask to synchronize but before approving changes.

Can you fix this or should I go back to a prior version?

PS. Your software is amazing. I send donations every update or every once in a while if there have been no updates and will continue to support. --Ted
