Kindly i need an urgent support for an issue during upload files to FTP server with Explicit SSL / TLS encryption from windows server 2016 standard , it gives the following error ,
"server sent passive reply with unroutable address 192.168.0.4, using host address instead. using tls"
Notice that this issue can be solved if i restart the windows server and tried to upload again

Test Cases

1- i tried to upload from another server , same issue
3- different FTP clients tested , same issue
4- txt files only uploaded successfully any other file extension cause the problem
5- tested with different FTP users , same issue
