I have been able to resolve this issues this was a problem in our environment rather than the software

I'm having issue with directory showing on the latest version of WinSCP it's just blank.
I can't get any directory to show locally the FTP directory side shows fine.
I'm using windows 10 enterprise which is joined to a domain. The users logs on with network profile with admin rights.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
