Yes, it's in UTC (that's what the trailing
Z means). It cannot be changed.

The XML logging always uses UTC time (that's the the
Z means).

Can anyone show me how to change the time zone used when the XML logging file is generated? I am in Central Time Zone - I believe the time zone listed in the example is UTC.
