Windows 10: WinSCP when running longer crashes. cannot be closed

WinSCP in Version 5.17.5 10414 latest Update, WinSCP crashes after longer running (about 1 hour and more) and cannot be closed, hangs and can only be closed by Taskmanager.

Windows 10 Pro, 2004 (Build 19041.2645) 64 bit, German
