Thanks for your post. This issue is being tracked already.

When %user & %pass are used in the Local Proxy Command, the respective Username and Password fields are activated. It would be helpful if the Proxy routines would prompt for the password if none was entered. This would enable the use of the Proxy Command in cases where one-time-passwords are used.
