sorry, just realized the typo in my original post: remote timestamp is "27.12.2011 19:36".

Strange thing is: when I opened the session the timestamp read "27.12.2011 20:36". But after synchronising it changes to "27.12.2011 19:36".
When I open a second session to the ftp host and list the contents in the directory, the timestamp is correctly displayed as "27.12.2011 20:36". Refreshing the directory in both session does not change this. And yes, this is reproducible.

So to me it seems that synchronising somehow disturbs the timezone information or the like.

just realized a strange behavior/bug in WinSCP 4.3.5 using FTP over SSL:

When I synchronize a directory more than once, differences show up which are not correct. For example a difference is shown on a file with local timestamp "27.12.2011 20:36:39" and remote timestamp "27.12.2011 20:36". (Note the missing part for seconds in the remote timestamp, maybe that's somehow related to the issue). File size is the same on both sides.

Closing and opening WinSCP solves the problem for the next run. After that run I have to close & reopen again to make sync work for the next time.
