Thanks for your suggestion. I believe we get rid of spam posts very quickly. I know that occasionally we miss some and it stays on forum few days. But that's rare (comparing with how many spams we are getting). Actually, if we are going to implement some feature to prevent this, it will likely be something that hides post with external link until we approve that.

Maybe not delete them, but hide from regular users and hilight for admin to delete more easily.
