Copying files to remote side failed

Hai,

Im trying to transfer files using WinSCP .NET Assembly from SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
we are using Vb script as mentioned in https://winscp.net/eng/docs/library_ssis#example

We are receiving the following error, when im trying to transfer larger files(1.3 Gb).
Error:
Winscp.SessionRemoteException: Copying files to remote side failed...

Attached the error screen shot..

Can u help us to solve this..
