The log file includes information about where WinSCP reads configuration from. Thank might give some clue.

I don't understand your request.

When I said Saved Session, I was referring to my settings, e.g. log-in stuff, for a ftp site, saved as a Stored Session.

All the Stored Sessions are gone, and thus all my settings and commands saved for a ftp site are gone.
