i resolved, i made new permissions on the wiscp root folder

Hi!
I try to use winscp.ini from my windows7,to the news windows8 and works.
But if I try to re-save it with updating settings it says that cannot write to the .ini..i checked if is not read only, but nothing..
how resolve?
