With WebDAV the problem is that most WebDAV server does not allow updating remote file timestamp.

Hi prikryl,
I'd also like to see "Synchronize timestamps" mode for FTP.
But even more I'd love to see this feature for WebDAV.
Can you add WebDAV Support to the Bug Report 950?

WinSCP is perfect for realtime local > remote FTP sync, my only problem is when it syncs, every file in the folder is uploaded.
I read the FAQ and I think it might have something to do with timestamps, but Synchronize Timestamps is greyed out in my options.
I cannot connect to my server using SFTP, so i assume this is why.
Can anyone help? I've been trialing so much software to find the best ftp sync options and this is the only issue that's preventing me using WinSCP.
