Invalid access to memory

Error message:
Invalid access to memory.

When I connect to The ftp server.. the file name is under the owner field and the file name there is file dates.. and when tried to open the folder the "Invalid access to memory" error occurs. Is there an option to modify the way WinSCP handles the string of folder listing.?
