You can use background transfer queue:

Option to move ongoing foreground transfer to background transfer queue has been added to tracker (it's actually implemented already):

Hi,

I am using winscp553setup.exe. It is working fine but when I open new session and transfer file from one of the session to my local then I cant switch between sessions ( second opened ftp session). Please ad a minimize option on the popup of transferring file.
