batch scripting

wonder if anyone has come across this before. I have a number of scheduled tasks, running batch scripts, which use winscp to send or receive files. the majority of them work fine, but I have one that occasionally starts running the WINSCP script but them ends, as per the below log.....

Can't see any reason why...
