UNINSTALLING WinSCP

I am trying to uninstall WinSCP from my computer (Windows 7). I have tried using my OS's uninstall program, Ccleaner, Slim Cleaner, Glary Utilities, Revo uninstaller, and many more...but as soon as I restart my computer (after each uninstall), WinSCP is back again. It won't go away. Can anyone PLEASE help me? Many, many thanks for anything! :cry: :? :(
