Thanks! I checked and the Network Service does have full permissions to the windows\temp folder. I passed your message along to our web developer to investigate the other items to look at.
Our .NET web application is using WinSCP.exe and WinSCPnet.dll to connect to a UNIX box. This connection is working correctly on our local machines (Windows 7) but when we migrate the code to our DEV server (Windows 2012 R2) we get this error message:
"Timeout waiting for WinSCP to respond - WinSCP has not responded in time (response log file C:\windows\TEMP\wscp0AF8.01B1098F.tmp was not created). This could indicate lack of write permissions to the log folder or problems starting WinSCP itself. "
The application is run under the NetworkService account and that account has full control to access WinSCP executable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
